Welcome. I'm John McHugh, a design leader working at the intersection of brand strategy and creative expression. I help organizations drive deeper meaning, relevance, and engagement with customers and employees through brand-led experiences.

Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to lead design and branding initiatives for a wide range of businesses, from B2Bs to B2Cs, Fortune 500s to owner-operators, and global defense contractors to the humble shrimp farmers of Nevada.

I’m currently the Chief Creative Officer at JAM Branding, which I co-founded in 2022.
